Getting to Know You

In order to broadcast your brand and identity across the interwebs, we need to know about you, your business, and what makes you special.

Please be as detailed as possible. We understand that you’re busy and you don’t want to be bothered with all this self-promotion and marketing stuff. That’s what we’re supposed to do, right?

But this is really important information that we use to solidify you and your brand as THE authority in your industry.

Don’t hold back. Give it your all!

Business & Ranking Details

(Don’t want to be a nag, but remember, as much detail as possible!)

This is the specific term you'd like your content to be displayed in AI and Search Engine platforms (eg. What is the best cannabis shop in Toronto?; Who makes the best Jamaican patties in Barrie?; What is the best wedding gown store in Kitchener?)
Please provide the official business name or the name of the person or brand you'd like to feature in the content.
For example, what service or product do you want to be known for? This could be something like 'Roof Tiler Location' or 'Plumber near me,' or 'Corporate Lawyer New York.'
Specify the main city, town, or region your business serves. If you serve multiple areas, please list them.
This sounds similar to the above question, but think of this as how 'close' and how 'far' is the current reach of your business. Specify the locations where you offer your services or products. Are you an online-only (eCommerce) business, a traditional "brick and mortar" business, or a combination of both? If you have a physical presence, do you focus on certain neighborhoods, cities, or regions? Include them here. Include areas where you'd like to expand to in the future. If you want to serve customers or clients globally, say that here.
Include the year you started or the number of years you've been in operation to show experience and credibility. Just started your business recently? No problem, talk about how much experience you have with other businesses or other careers that have helped you launch this one.

Brand & Unique Selling Points

Highlight what sets your business apart, such as superior quality, innovative techniques, great customer service, or any other advantages.
List all your main services or products. Be as detailed as possible so the content can reflect your full range of expertise.
Describe the type of people or businesses you typically serve. Are they homeowners, businesses, or specific industries?
For example, has something memorable happened to you or your business? Have you overcome a unique challenge, or do you have a story that makes your business stand out?

Credibility & Recognition

List any professional qualifications, industry certifications, or awards that showcase your expertise and credibility.
Share significant moments, such as major projects, expansions, or recognition that shaped your journey.
Share any charitable work, community events, or partnerships you've been involved in that reflect your local commitment.

SEO Considerations

Think about what your prospective customer might search for on the internet, and what you want to be known for. For example, as a plumber, you will want someone to call you about installing a new toilet, or fixing a leaky tap. You'd definitely want to appear in the search engines for a search like "plumber [your location]" BUT ALSO for search terms like "toilet installation [your location]" and "leaky tap repair near me." Think of this as all of the services you provide under the main 'Primary Service, Keyword Phrase, or Question' that you used to define your business in Question 3. Another example: you may be a baker who bakes cakes, cookies, and brownies – but you don't bake bread. We can clearly explain what you do DO by identifying target search phrases used by search engine and AI users so they understand. If we don't, they 'guess' and may present you to a prospective customer as an option when you really don't provide what is needed. Alternatively, search engines may not present you to someone who really wants what you offer. Search engines and AIs struggle with this ambiguity because many websites aren't structured in a way that makes things clear to their computer brains. By clearly spelling things out and structuring content, we can disambiguate your business' services from those provided by similar businesses. Give us a list of stuff you do so we can do our digital marketing research stuff and flesh out the list based on search phrases people are actually using.

Customer Engagement & Branding

Provide your preferred contact information such as phone number, email address, website, or social media links. If applicable, use multiple options.
Describe your core values or what motivates you. What is the ultimate goal or purpose of your business?
